Having completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English and Chinese Translation in China, along with further studies in Sales & Marketing, Management, and Financial Services in Ōtepoti Dunedin, Leo has worked in several roles, including leadership team assistant, translator, and sales roles, ultimately discovering his passion in the Real Estate industry.

Leo lived in China for over 20 years and came to New Zealand for further education in 2016. With his substantial passion for ‘building a bridge' between Chinese culture and New Zealand culture, he takes active roles in both local and national Chinese communities, supporting cultural understanding and connections.

One of Leo’s greatest strengths is his ability to understand people and their needs across cultural differences. His gained skills and experience have taught him effective communication skills, strong empathy, and the ability of strategic thinking. He enjoys working as part of a team and supporting clients and customers from the beginning to the end.
