Rachael has worked at Nidd Realty Property Management since early 2013 progressing to Managing Director in 2021. Bringing a strong foundation in customer service and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago (2013) to the team.

Before taking over the Business Management role in early 2014, she gained hands-on experience across all areas of the business, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges and risks faced by investors, tenants, and the property management team ensuring a refreshed direction could be implemented.

Beyond her extensive industry experience, Rachael holds the New Zealand Level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management (2014) and further advanced her qualifications by completing the Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Otago (2020). Her active involvement in various professional networks further enhances her ability to lead a team that is among the most experienced and qualified in Dunedin’s property management industry.

She is Dunedin born, bred, and schooled and is a passionate advocate for all that our city and its surrounding areas have to offer.
