Kathleen started with Nidd Realty in 2015 before joining the property management team in early 2017.
She holds Bachelor of Education and a career background which includes over five years in the education sector, two years in real estate, and several years in hospitality and retail at a senior level.
With a long-standing interest in the real estate and property management industry, Kathleen enjoys the dynamic nature of the role, which, like teaching and hospitality, involves working with people from diverse backgrounds and seeing outstanding results.
She continues to thrive in her role, having successfully completed the New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4). Her commitment to excellence is reflected in the consistently positive feedback she receives from both property owners and tenants.
