Dunedin Property Report - March 2026 (February stats)

The Dunedin property market has continued its strong start to the year, with February recording the highest median sale price for any month in more than two years. Sales volumes were also up on the same time last year, while days on market remained steady, indicating continued confidence from both buyers and sellers.

Stock levels have increased again, despite the high number of sales, providing buyers with more choice as we move further into the year. Overall, the market remains well balanced, with solid demand supporting prices.
