Dunedin Property Report - January 2026 (December stats)

December concluded a strong end to 2025 for the Dunedin property market. Stock levels continued to tighten as buyer activity remained strong and new listings tailed off toward the end of the year. The expected New Year influx of stock has now begun, providing good choice for the many buyers waiting to purchase.
