Median weekly rent in Dunedin decreased 10% year-on-year to $495. The lower quartile rent decreased by 6%, while the upper quartile  slightly shidfted to $595. 

There were 237 bonds lodged during the month, a 25% increase compared to last year while 255 bonds were closed, down 2% year-on-year. Average rental supply on Trade Me increased slightly, with 516 listings available across the month.
