Dunedin Property Report - August 2025 (July stats)

The Dunedin market has remained resilient through what is traditionally the year’s low point. The median price has held firm, transaction numbers are in line with expectations, and median days on the market have dropped. In recent weeks, we have seen several multiple-offer situations, with between four and ten offers on some properties. The market remains highly price-sensitive — where buyers see value, they are ready to act, and excellent results are still being achieved.
