Dunedin Property Report - July 2025 (June stats)

June was a somewhat subdued month in the Dunedin real estate market, with fewer new properties listed and the expected winter dip in the number of sales. With fewer new listings to choose from, we h ave seen properties that have been sitting for some time attract new attention from buyers, some even ending up with multiple offers.

There is a window between now and spring where new listings are likely to attract strong interest prior to the competition often faced in the spring market. The trends in the report below offer further insight into the current activity.
