Dunedin Property Report - May 2025 (April stats)
The Dunedin market is very well balanced at the moment with a steady supply of listings being met with good buyer interest. Properties over $1m are still taking longer to sell and there is a lot of choice available in that price range but when the price represents value, the interest is there.
The only unusual result in this month's stats is the number of days on the market at 51. This likely reflects the gap in activity that is now generated with so many people delaying decisions over the Easter, Anzac, school holiday break.
