Dunedin Property Report - April 2025 (March stats)

March was a busy month in the Dunedin market with a big increase in the number of sales from March 2024. With plenty of properties available, buyers are taking a little longer to make decisions but there is still competition for well-priced properties, with a number of our recent sales attracting multiple offers at deadline.
