• There were 173 sales in December which is very similar to December 2023
• Properties sold in December had a median time of 34 days on the market.
• The number of properties available on Realestate.co.nz has increased to 717 and plenty of new stock is coming to market.
• There are currently 119 listings available over $1 million and there were 17 sales over $1 million in December.
• There were 5 section sales and 11 townhouses and apartment sales for the month.
