• The number of houses for sale has reduced from 755 to 706 on Realestate.co.nz over the past month, as buyer demand remains steady but listing numbers slow heading into the break.

• There are currently 125 listings available over $1 million and there were 32 sales over $1 million in November.

• There were 5 section sales and 12 townhouse sales for the month.
