For the month of November 2022 our team maintained a 98.9% occupancy rate within the portfolio, which is an outstanding achievement for this time of the year validating figures recorded for the number of properties rented and tenancies renewed.

We are working with an increased number of clients moving to Dunedin for work opportunities highlighting from around New Zealand and different parts of the world further validating growth and a positive change in the market.

We rented 13 properties within an average of 25 days at an average price of $490 per week with the range being between $190 - $850 per week. This is in contrast to November 2021 which recorded 23 properties rented within an average of 23 days at an average of $425 per week, with the range being between $150 - $630 per week.

20 tenancy renewals were signed in November 2022 showing consistency in the higher than average number. This is in contrast to November 2021 where 45 renewals were signed which was a peak record achieved for 2021.

There has been an average of 384 properties listed on TradeMe for the month of November 2022 which is aligned with previous years and expected for this time of the year.
