For the month of December 2021, there was continued high demand for three-bedroom homes. 

There has been a weekly average of 368 properties listed on Trademe for December showing a 5% decrease in available rental accommodation. 

The team signed 16% more tenancies in 2021 compared to 2020 indicating continued demand for rental accommodation in Dunedin.
