For the month of November 2021, our team rented 23 properties within an average of 23 days at an average of $425 per week showing an increase in properties rented by a decrease in price.

Of the 23 properties rented 30 percent were clients that have moved to Dunedin from other regions indicating continued growth within other sectors for specialist roles.

There has been an average of 387 properties listed on TradeMe for the month of December which is a 6% decrease from the last months.
