For the month of April 2021, our team rented 9 properties within an average of 27 days at an average of $550 per week. It was observed that levels of enquiry have remained quieter during the Easter Break, ANZAC, and school holidays. This is a trend identified in previous years.

There has been an average of 302 properties listed on TradeMe for the month of April which is which is again 25% more than April 2020 during COVID-19.
