For the month of November 2020, our team rented 16 properties within an average of 26 days at an average of $395 per week. 

There has been a weekly average of 407 properties listed on Trademe for November showing a decrease in available rental accommodation. This is still higher than that recorded in November 2019 which showed a weekly average on TradeMe of 325.
