We have seen continued demand for three-bedroom residential properties across many suburbs in Dunedin.

There has been a weekly average of 417 properties listed on Trademe for September showing a decrease in available rental accommodation. This is still higher than that recorded in September 2019 which showed a weekly average on TradeMe of 348.
