August proved to be another busy month with our team, renting 22 properties within an average of 15 days at an average of $546 per week. The average price per week is 25% higher than July due to 11 of the rented properties being student flats.

There has been an average of 492 properties listed on Trademe for the month of August 2020 showing a continued increase in available rental accommodation, with more being listed within the residential area. This is in comparison to the August 2019 average of listed properties which was 426 properties listed on Trademe.
