Having completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English and Chinese Translation in China and a Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing at Otago Polytechnic in Dunedin, Leo has worked in several roles, such as leadership team assistant, translator, and sales roles, before deciding to enter the Real Estate industry.

Leo lived in China for over 20 years and came to New Zealand for education in 2016. With his substantial passion for ‘building a bridge' between Chinese culture and New Zealand culture, he takes an active role in the local Chinese community.

One of Leo’s greatest strengths is his ability to understand people and their needs across cultural differences. His gained skills and experience have taught him effective communication skills, strong empathy, and the ability of strategic thinking. He enjoys working as part of a team and supporting clients and customers from the beginning to the end.
