Rachael has worked at Nidd Realty Property Management since early 2013, bringing her background in customer service and Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Otago. Before taking over the Business Management role in early 2014, she spent over a year working in all facets of the business, so intimately understands the various challenges and risks that investors, tenants, and the team may face.

Not only has Rachael completed her Level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management (2014) but she has also managed to complete her Masters in Business Administration (MBA – executive) through the University of Otago (2020) all while being proactive within other networks. This means that you can be assured that your property is being managed by a team lead by the most experienced and qualified within the industry right here in Dunedin.

She is Dunedin born, bred, and schooled and is a strong advocate for all that this city and its surrounds have to offer.
